À A1 (Geographical Limitations)<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
The symbols À A1 followed by a notation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> service limitations is to be assigned to vessels, which<br />
have been built to <strong>the</strong> satisfaction <strong>of</strong> Surveyors to <strong>the</strong> Bureau to specific requirements for restricted<br />
service, which have been approved by <strong>the</strong> <strong>ABS</strong> <strong>Class</strong>ification Committee for <strong>the</strong> particular service.<br />
(e.g. Gulf <strong>of</strong> Mexico, Philippine Inter-Island Service, Coastal Service Less than 25<br />
Miles, etc.)<br />
