DESCRIPTION<br />
The Refrigerated Cargo Carrier notation. RCC indicates that a vessel is arranged for <strong>the</strong> carriage <strong>of</strong><br />
refrigerated cargoes in insulated holds and that such arrangements are in accordance with <strong>the</strong><br />
applicable requirements <strong>of</strong> Part 6, Chapter 2 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>ABS</strong> Rules for Building and <strong>Class</strong>ing Steel Vessels.<br />
The Refrigerated Cargo Container Carrier. notation RCCC indicates that a vessel is arranged for <strong>the</strong><br />
carriage <strong>of</strong> refrigerated containers <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> porthole type, individually cooled by shipboard refrigeration<br />
machinery and associated systems, and that such arrangements are in accordance with <strong>the</strong> applicable<br />
requirements <strong>of</strong> Part 6, Chapter 2 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>ABS</strong> Rules for Building and <strong>Class</strong>ing Steel Vessels.<br />
