Conclusion and recommendation
The second core strategy of the Health Sector
Strategic Plan 2003-2007 is still useful tool for
all the organizations working in the behavior
change fields. Though many achievements
were made, we faced some issues for
accomplishing some indicators. This because
we lack of human and financial resources and
there is no clear indication about which
organization responsible for implementation of
each indicator.
