• Despite the ever-increasing workload, there was
no attendant increase in its current manpower
(QAO).
• Even as progress is made on the Quality
Assurance policy, however the transferring from
policy to the real-activities was very low.

next
• We are going to classify the documents in
the registry into more meaningful groups.
• Finalize of the HC assessment tool will be
done.
• The hospital assessment tool is used on a
national scope; the QAO will have to assess
it.

• A group that will work for the creation of the
national standards is going to be established.
• A set of national standards will be drafted.
• Rewards and reinforcement system would be
worthwhile to look at trends in performance of HCs
over time.
• Directions for Quality Circle (QC) meetings must
be clearer than it was. We must identify what we
want them to achieve.
III-What prioritized points will be achieved
next
• Using national data, prioritize which guidelines
would be most worthwhile to update first.
• Follow up HTA course for core group
• 3rd workshop on HTA to refine the process of
CPG development
• Advocacy for specialty societies in their roles in
CPG development. It will involve a series of
meeting with the leadership of the different
societies prior to the 3rd workshop to sensitize
them.

IV-Conclusion and Recommendation
• The leadership of the referral hospitals is very important in
order to achieve the quality improvement in the hospitals;
however it can be improved by quality improvement project
with in the hospital or Quality Circle (QC) or hospital
assessment tool..
• The accreditation is the one that could not be achieved in
recent time. To be achieved, we need 3 years more;
however we have already conducted this concept through
Sun Quality Health Network.
• All of the prioritized activities described above can be
achieve unless the fund would be handled on time.
