128 – dedicated PAD access

String type phone number of calling address in format specified by .
Type of address octet in integer format;
128 – Restricted number type includes unknown type and format

129 – Otherwise
Optional string type alphanumeric representation of corresponding to the entry found in
phonebook; used character set should be the one selected with command Select TE Character Set
