The range is 0-255, unit is second, after set will report the system information every the
seconds.
System mode, values: “NO SERVICE”, “GSM” or “WCDMA”.
UE operation mode, values: “Online”, “Factory Test Mode”, “Reset”, “Low Power Mode”.
Mobile Country Code (first part of the PLMN code)
Mobile Network Code (second part of the PLMN code)
Location Area Code (hexadecimal digits)
