0 – TO, normal recipient.<br />

1 – CC, Carbon Copy recipient.<br />

2 – BCC, Blind Carbon Copy recipient.<br />

Index of the kind of recipient, decimal format, and from 0 to 4.<br />

Recipient address, non empty string with double quotes, and up to 128 characters.<br />
