AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
PALATINE, ILLINOIS
CHAPTER 3. SECTION 3·35 LIQUOR LICENSES
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Village Council of the Village of Palatine,
Cook County, Illinois, acting in the exercise of their home rule power:
SECTION 1: That the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Palatine, Illinois, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the number of
Class "P" (Catering) Liquor Licenses listed in Section 3·35 Chapter 3 from one (1) to
zero (0) for On Occasion Catering. 1276 E. Dundee Rd.
SECTION 2: That the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Palatine, Illinois, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the number of
Class "B" Liquor Licenses listed in Section 3·35 Chapter 3 from fifteen (15) to
fourteen (14) for JJ Peppers. 44 W. Illinois Ave.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval as provided by law.
