BACKGROUND: <br />
The Subject Property is located in the Williams Reserve Commercial Center. It was granted a <br />
Special Use for a pizza restaurant in 2006. The Petitioner, George Maldonado, is proposing to <br />
transfer the operation <strong>of</strong> the restaurant from the current operator and is therefore requesting: <br />
Transfer <strong>of</strong> Special Use #0-190-06 to permit the continued operation <strong>of</strong> a<br />
restaurant.<br />
ANALYSIS:<br />
• The Petitioner proposes to change Tony's Pizza Peddlers from a pizza restaurant to a<br />
Mexican restaurant.<br />
• There are no changes to the floorplan.<br />
• The Special Use was granted to Nikolai V. Chavoulev in 2006.<br />
• No other changes are proposed with the transfer.<br />
ALTERNATIVES:<br />
1. Recommend approval <strong>of</strong> the Special Use Transfer.<br />
2. Do not recommend approval <strong>of</strong> the Special Use Transfer.<br />
RECOMMENDATION: <br />
Staff recommends approval <strong>of</strong> the Special Use Transfer. <br />
