ORDINANCE NO._____<br />
AN ORDINANCE <br />
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />
PALATINE, ILLINOIS <br />
CHAPTER 3. SECTION 3-35 LIQUOR LICENSES <br />
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and <strong>Village</strong> Council <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Village</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Palatine</strong>,<br />
Cook County, Illinois, acting in the exercise <strong>of</strong> their home rule power:<br />
SECTION 1: That the Code <strong>of</strong> Ordinances <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Village</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Palatine</strong>, Illinois, as<br />
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by increasing the number <strong>of</strong><br />
Class "D" Liquor Licenses listed in Chapter 3, Section 3-35 from 18 to 19 for EI<br />
Patron. 1540 N. Rand Road.<br />
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts <strong>of</strong> ordinances in conflict herewith are<br />
hereby repealed.<br />
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after<br />
its passage and approval as provided by law.<br />
