By order of our client, Bradford Capital Markets LLC (the !'Applicant"), we Associated Bank,
N.A. (the "Issuing Bank") hereby issue our Irrevocable Standby Letter ofCredit No. ,
in your favor in the amount ofUSD 9,239.70 (Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Nine US
Dollars and Seventy Cent).
Funds are available under this Letter of Credit upon presentation ofyour sight draft(s) drawn on
" us in the fonn set forth in Attachment A accompanied by this original Letter of Credit, any
subsequent amendments, and the following:

We hereby certify that funds drawn are to be used to pay for the construction and
installation of the public improvements set forth on the Spanned Specifications
for public improvements for Quality Subdivision dated December 21, 1989.
We hereby agree that mUltiple presentations may be made and that all drafts drawn under and in
compliance with the teons ofthis Letter of Credit will be duly honored if drawn and presented
for payment at our counters on or before (l year from issuance).
" If any instructions accompanying a drawing under this Letter of Credit request that payment is to
be made by transfer to an account with us or at another bank, we and/or such other bank may rely
on an account number specified in such instructions.
Presentation of such draft(s) and document(s) may be made at our office located at Associated
Bank, N.A., c/o Trade Services, MS 7059, 2870 Holmgren Way, Green Bay, WI 54304, by
overnight courier. If we receive your sight draft(s), Beneficiatis statement, original letter of
credit and subsequent amendments at such office, all in conformity with 'the tenns and conditions
of this Letter of Credit on or prior to the Expiration Date, we will honor within seven (7)
business days, in accordance with your payment instructions.
