NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Village Council ofthe
Village of Palatine, Cook County, Illinois, acting in the exercise of their home rule
power:
SECTION 1: That a Special Use to permit a restaurant pursuant to Section
11.02 (D) ofthe Palatine Zoning Ordinance and Planned Development Ordinance 0­
112-84, as amended, is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Special Use shall substantially conform to the site plan attached hereto
as Exhibit 'A', the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit 'B', and the Elevations
attached hereto as Exhibit lC' except as such plans may be changed to
conform to Village Codes and Ordinances.
2. Any additions or modifications to the tloor plan, 'Exhibit B', shall be approved
by the Director of Planning and Zoning.
