Minutes <strong>of</strong> the Regular Meeting <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Village</strong> Council &COW <strong>of</strong> June 18, 2012<br />
<strong>Village</strong> Manager Reid Ottesen stated this Resolution removes the Mayor and Vii/age<br />
Council from participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).<br />
VOICE VOTE: MOTION CARRIED<br />
Councilman Del Mar stated the Mayor and Vii/age Council are volunteering to opt out <strong>of</strong><br />
this fund, saving residents $11,400.<br />

by Councilman Del Mar, moved to approve a Resolution<br />
to enter into an agreement with Arthur J. Gallagher<br />
Inc to provide broker services for the Vii/age's risk<br />
n annual amount not to exceed $27,000, which is a fixed fee<br />
<strong>Village</strong> Manager Reid Ottesen stated the <strong>Village</strong> became self insured in 2008 and in<br />
2010 entered into an Agreement with Arthur J. Gallagher. They have agreed to extend<br />
the agreement an additional 2 years at the current cost, which is a fixed fee and not<br />
commission based.<br />
