AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR
175 W. IMPERIAL COURT (CASE NO. 12-40)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a petition and public hearing on June 12, 2012, of which
public notice was given as required by law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the
Village of Palatine, in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Palatine, in such case made and provided, has held such public hearing and
reported their findings relative to a request for a Special Use to permit a rear yard
setback of 22 feet instead of the minimum required 40 feet pursuant to Section 10.06
(c) (13) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance, on the following legally described
property:
Lot 36 in Joseph H. Anderson's Plum Grove Manor being a subdivision in
the East 1/2 of Section 22, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
commonly known as 175 W. Imperial Court (PIN #02-22-402-012)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Village Council ofthe
Village of Palatine, Cook County, Illinois, acting in the exercise of their home rule
power that:
SECTION 1: A Special Use to permit a rear yard setback of 22 feet instead of
the minimum required 40 feet pursuant to Section 10.06 (c) (13) of the Palatine
Zoning Ordinance, is hereby granted, subject to the following condition:
