Mr. Coleman made a motion to approve, seconded by Mr. Luszczak. Mr. Coleman said this was unique,<br />
it is near some really large signs. Mr. Kaider noted that there were trees in<br />
other signs. There is a need for walk-in traffic for any restaurant. Mr.<br />
investment and the signs will make the business easy to find and<br />
billboards; Ms. Roth-Wurster agreed.<br />
