proprietor without amendment to the Special use<br />
Ordinance, or<br />
1.2. If the Zoning Board <strong>of</strong> Appeals deems that the new<br />
proprietor contemplates a change in use which is<br />
inconsistent with this Special Use ordinance, the<br />
new proprietor shall be required to petition for a<br />
public hearing before the Zoning Board ot Appeals<br />
to amend the Special Use Ordinance.<br />
2. The restaurant interior shall be constructed to conform<br />
to the Floor Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit "A",<br />
Petitioner Exhibit No.9.<br />
3 • An~' changes to the floor plan, attached hereto as Exhibit<br />
"A'. Petitioner Exhibit No.9, and the Site Plan,<br />
attached hereto as Exhibit "B", Petitioner Exhibit No.8,<br />
shall be subject to <strong>Village</strong> Board approval.<br />
4. The hours <strong>of</strong> operation permitted shall be 11:00 A.H. to<br />
11:00 P.M. seven days a week.<br />
SECTION 2:<br />
That the petition tor special use, a copy <strong>of</strong> the<br />
public notice and the report <strong>of</strong> the Zoning Board <strong>of</strong> Appeals be<br />
attached hereto and form a part <strong>of</strong> this ordinance.<br />
SECTION 3:<br />
That this ordinance shall be in full force and<br />
effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.<br />
