Message report menu<br />
PIN code is unrelated to data reporting, however it is necessary for polling<br />
(see paragraph 5.2). Enter PIN code as shown below.<br />
4. PIN Code is selected; press the [Enter] key to open the PIN code entry<br />
window.<br />
5. Key in PIN code, using up to eight digits. The PIN code is a password used in<br />
message reports. When a ship receives a polling command w/PIN code from<br />
a shore subscriber and the code matches that of the ship, the ship sends a<br />
message report.<br />
6. Press the [Enter] key to close the window.<br />
7. Press the [↓] key to choose Status.<br />
8. Press the [Enter] key to open the status options window.<br />
