1. OPERATIONAL OVERVIEW Operation for PC • Printer Selection Choose the printer connected to the PC as follows: 1. Press function key [F1] to open the File menu. • Backing up the System System data can be backed up to a floppy disk or to a selected folder on the computer hard drive.
