MOVABLE DRIVE FACE INSPECTION<br />
● Check the rollers for wear or damage.<br />
● Measure the O.D. of each roller.<br />
SERVICE LIMIT : 19.5mm<br />
● Measure the abnormal wear.<br />
SERVICE LIMIT : LESS THAN 2.0mm<br />
MOVABLE DRIVE FACE<br />
BOSS<br />
● Check the drive face boss for wear or damage and<br />
replace as necessary.<br />
● Measure the O.D. of the drive face boss. Replace the<br />
boss if the <strong>service</strong> limit is exceeded.<br />
SERVICE LIMIT : LESS THAN 23.960mm<br />
● Measure the I.D. of the drive face . Replace it if the<br />
<strong>service</strong> limit is exceeded.<br />
● Movable drive face inner diameter.<br />
SERVICE LIMIT : LESS THAN 24.05mm<br />

MOVABLE DRIVE FACE INSTALLATION<br />
● Install the weight roller on the movable drive face.<br />
● Apply the inside of the movable drive face with the<br />
specified amount of grease.<br />
SPECIFIED GREASE : ALVANIA EP2<br />
GREASE APPLICATION : 0.5~1.5 g<br />
● Install the movable drive face boss.<br />
! NOTE<br />
Do not get the grease on the drive face. Remove<br />
any misplaced grease with a degreasing agent.<br />
Use only the specified grease in the specified amount.<br />
MOVABLE DRIVE FACE<br />
● Install the movable drive face boss and movable drive<br />
face to the LH. crank shaft.<br />
