BRAKE SYSTEM<br />

BREEDER VALVE<br />

BREEDER HOSE<br />

● Fill the brake fluid up to the upper limit line.<br />

●Connect the transparent bleeder hose to the bleeder<br />

valve and place the other end of the hose in a container.<br />

1 Squeeze the brake lever, then open the bleeder<br />

valve 1/2 turn, and close the valve.<br />

△! NOTE<br />

●Do not release the brake lever until the bleeder valve<br />

has been closed.<br />

FR. BRAKE LEVER<br />

2 Release the brake lever slowly and wait several<br />

seconds after it reaches the end of its travel.<br />

3 Repeat the above steps 1 and 2 until bubbles<br />

cease to appear in the fluid at the end of the hose.<br />

● Check the fluid level often, and add fluid if the fluid<br />

level is near the lower level.<br />

● If no air leaks out of the bleeder hose, operate the brake<br />

lever to check the presence of air.<br />

● Tighten the bleeder valve.<br />

TORQUE VALUE : 0.4~0.7 kgf·m<br />

DIAPHRAGM PLATE<br />

● Be sure that the brake fluid is up to the upper level of<br />

the master cylinder and refill if necessary<br />

● Reinstall the diaphragm, diaphragm plate and oil cup<br />

cap.<br />

TORQUE VALUE : 1.0 kgf·m<br />

RR. BRAKE BREEDER VALVE<br />

REAR CALIPER<br />

REAR BRAKE BLEEDLING (INTERLOCK)<br />

● The rear brake is apply to interlocking system, when<br />

squeezing the right side brake lever, the front and rear<br />

brake works at once.<br />

1 Fill the brake fluid up to the upper limit line.<br />

2 Connect the breeder hose to the breeder valve on<br />

the rear caliper and bleed air.<br />
