BRAKE SYSTEM<br />

AIR GUN<br />

DISASSEMBLY<br />

● Remove the rear brake caliper.<br />

● Check the caliper assembly.<br />

● Remove the pad spring, slide pin, caliper bracket and<br />

boot from the caliper body.<br />

● If there is any wear or damage in the boot, replace it<br />

with a new one.<br />

PISTON<br />

DUST SEAL<br />

● Wrap the caliper with a piece cloth to avoid piston and<br />

brake fluid leakage and facing the piston downward.<br />

● Remove the piston from the caliper, while blowing the<br />

low-pressure air in the opening of the brake hose.<br />

△! CAUTION<br />

●Never use the high-pressure air or bring the air gun too<br />

close.<br />

●Never touch the inside of the caliper.<br />

CALIPER BODY<br />

● Disassemble the piston seal and the dust seal.<br />

● Clean the piston and inside of the caliper with the brake<br />

fluid.<br />

PISTON<br />

INSPECTION<br />

● Check the caliper cylinder bore for scoring scratches or<br />

other damage.<br />

● Measure the caliper cylinder I.D<br />

CYLINDER I.D.B : 25.07mm<br />

● Check the caliper piston outer diameter part for<br />

scratches or other damage.<br />

● Measure the piston outer diameter .<br />

SERVICE LIMIT : 24.8mm<br />
