FRONT WHEEL/FRONT FORK/STEERING
FORK PIPE BOLT
● Assemble the fork bolt to the fork pipe.
STEERING STEM
FRONT FORK
ASSEMBLY
● Align the part of groove with the setting bolt
connection.
● Tighten the front fork setting bolt to the specified
torque.
TORQUE VALUE : 7.5 kgf·m
FLANGE BOLT
HANDLE POST COMP
STEERING STEM
REMOVAL
● Remove the following parts.
- Handle cover
- Rear handle cover
- Front cover
- Handle bar
- Front wheel
U-NUT
FLANGE BOLT
SETTING HANDLE COLLAR
STEERING STEM SOCKET
! NOTE
Be careful not to turn over the vehicle.
● Remove the steering stem lock nut with steering stem
lock nut socket.
● Remove the steering top nut with steering stem socket.
