Will Facey<br />
Will is the Director for Network<br />
Operations at easyJet Airline Company.<br />
He joined easyJet in 2008 having<br />
previously worked for DHL Express for<br />
20 years. His last role within DHL was<br />
as the Director of Network Control<br />
for the European overnight delivery<br />
network. Previous positions included<br />
a mix of operational leadership and<br />
European regional functional roles.<br />
He has spent most of his working<br />
career based in continental Europe –<br />
primarily in Denmark and Belgium and<br />
moved back to the UK to take up the<br />
role with easyJet. Will is a director of<br />
AG and a member of the Safety<br />
Review Committee.<br />
Richard Keys<br />
Richard is a non-executive director<br />
of Sainsbury’s Bank plc and the<br />
Department for International<br />
Development. He is also a Council<br />
member of the University of<br />
Birmingham. He retired from<br />
PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010<br />
where he was a former senior partner<br />
and Global Chief Accountant. Richard<br />
chairs the Audit Committee and<br />
is a member of the Nomination<br />
Committee.<br />
Andy Lord<br />
Andy graduated from Manchester<br />
University in 1992 with an honours<br />
degree in Mechanical Engineering,<br />
having joined British Airways in<br />
1989. He moved to Operations in<br />
2004 having held various roles in<br />
Engineering and Flight Operations<br />
and is still the only non-flying<br />
manager in BA’s history to have held<br />
the position of Chief Pilot. Andy was<br />
appointed Director of Operations in<br />
January 2009 as a member of the<br />
British Airways Executive Leadership<br />
Team. He was responsible for the<br />
delivery of customer service at all<br />
airports worldwide, excluding Gatwick,<br />
for the control and performance,<br />
safety, compliance and IT systems of<br />
the worldwide operation. He was a<br />
non-executive Board member of BA<br />
CityFlyer, and is a director of AG, and<br />
chairs the Remuneration Committee.<br />
