Each person who is a director at the date of approval of<br />
these financial statements confirms that:<br />
> so far as the director is aware, there is no relevant audit<br />
information of which the group’s auditors are unaware;<br />
and<br />
> the director has taken all the steps that he/she ought to<br />
have taken as director in order to make himself/herself<br />
aware of any relevant audit information and to establish<br />
that the group’s auditors are aware of that information.<br />
This information is given and should be interpreted in<br />
accordance with the provisions of s418 of the Companies<br />
Act 2006.<br />
The directors are responsible for the maintenance and<br />
integrity of the corporate and financial information included<br />
on the group’s website. Legislation in the United Kingdom<br />
governing the preparation and dissemination of financial<br />
statements may differ from legislation in other jurisdictions.<br />
Auditor<br />
BDO LLP was appointed as auditor at the <strong>Annual</strong> General<br />
Meeting on 31 July 2014. A resolution to re-appoint BDO<br />
LLP will be proposed at the <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting.<br />

a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial<br />

development and performance of the business and the<br />
position of the group, together with a description of the<br />
principal risks and uncertainties that they face; and<br />
> the annual report and financial statements, taken as a<br />
whole, are fair, balanced and understandable and provide<br />
the information necessary for shareholders to assess the<br />
group’s position and performance, business model and<br />
