Following is the schedule of fees established by the Board of Trustees of NewYork University for the year 2012-2013.The Board ofTrustees reserves the right to alter thisschedule without notice.All fees are payable by the payment date listed at www.nyu.edu/bursar/paymentdeadlines. Alisting of tuition and fees can be found at www.nyu.edu/bursar/tuition.fees/. Checks and draftsare to be drawn to the order of New York University for the exact amount of the tuitionand fees required. In the case of overpayment, the balance is refunded on request by filinga refund application in the Office of the Bursar. See the Bursar Office Web site for moreinformation.The unpaid balance of a student’s account is also subject to an interest charge of 12 percentper annum from the first day of class until the payment is received.Arrears PolicyThe University reserves the right to deny registration and withhold all information regarding the recordof any student who is in arrears in the payment of tuition, fees, loans, or other charges (including chargesfor housing, dining, or other activities or services) for as long as any arrears remain.Diploma Arrears PolicyDiplomas of students in arrears will be held until their financial obligations to the Universityare fulfilled and they have been cleared by the Bursar.
