The function generator is secured whenshipped from the factory and the security code is set to “HP033120”.Be sure to read the security code rules on page 118 before attempting tosecure the function generator.œ Front-Panel Operation:1: UNSECURED (CAL MENU)If the function generator is unsecured, you will see the abovecommand when you go into the CAL MENU. To secure the functiongenerator, go to the “PARAMETER” level of the UNSECUREDcommand, enter the security code, and then press Enter.¾000000:CODEWhen you go to the “COMMANDS” level in the CAL MENU again,you will notice that the function generator is secured.
