The support material is removed from the printed airfoils and the surface is smoothened u<strong>sin</strong>g sandpaper (grit 200). The airfoils are mounted on a ø16 mm steel shaft. A ø3 mm steel wire, which is used to measure the angle of attack, is attached to the shaft. Finally, 1 mm steel plates are glued to both ends of the airfoils.
