In this case, theDSC OFF indicator light flashes andthe TCS/DSC indicator lightilluminates.To make the DSC operable, do thefollowing procedure.1. Turn the ignition switch to the ONposition.2. Turn the steering clockwise fully,then turn it counterclockwise fully.3. Make sure the DSC OFF indicatorgoes off.4. Turn the ignition switch to the OFFposition, then turn it to the ONposition again.5. Make sure the TCS/DSC indicatorlight goes off.If the TCS/DSC indicator light and theDSC OFF indicator light remainilluminated even after turning theignition switch to the ON position,consult an Authorized Mazda Dealer.▼ Cruise Set Indicator LightThis light comes on when a cruising speedis set.▼ Light-On Indicator LightThis indicator light comes on when theexterior lights are on.▼ Power Steering MalfunctionIndicator Light▼ Cruise Main Indicator LightThis indicator light illuminates when theignition switch is turned to the ONposition and goes off when the engine isstarted.This light comes on when the ON/OFFswitch is pressed and the cruise controlsystem is activated.If this light illuminates while driving, itindicates a malfunction of the powersteering system. Manualsteering is possible, but requires morephysical effort.▼ Headlight Auto-LevelingMalfunction Indicator Light*This indicator light stays on far a fewseconds when the ignition switch is turnedto the ON position.Thereafter, the indicator light willilluminate when the headlight autolevelingsystem has a malfunction.If the indicator light illuminates, contactan Authorized Mazda Dealer.▼ Turn-Signal/Hazard WarningIndicator LightsWhen operating the turn-signal lights, theleft or right turn-signal indicator lightflashes to indicate which turn-signal lightis operating (page 5-50).When operating the hazard warninglights, both turn-signal indicator lightsflash (page 5-55).NOTEIf an indicator light remainsilluminated (does not flash) or if itflashes abnormally, the turn signal bulbmay be burned out.5-46*Some models.Form No. 8R65-EA-03C
