Remove the screws with a Phillipsscrewdriver.2. Wrap a flathead screwdriver with a softcloth to prevent damage to the trim andgently insert it in the overhead light asshown in the figure, and then removethe overhead light unit.Overhead light (Rear), Courtesy lights,Vanity mirror lights1. Wrap a small flathead screwdriver witha soft cloth to prevent damage to thelens and remove the lens by carefullyprying on the edge of the lens with thescrewdriver.2. Disconnect the bulb by pulling it out.Overhead light (Rear)EdgeCourtesy lights3. Turn the socket and bulb assemblycounterclockwise and remove it.4. Press both sides of the lens cap toremove it.2. Disconnect the bulb by pulling it out.2. Turn the socket and bulb assemblycounterclockwise and remove it.3. Pull the center section of the plasticretainer and remove the retainers andpartially open the trunk side trim.4. Install the new bulb in the reverse orderof removal.Rear side-marker lightsDue to the complexity and difficulty ofthe procedure, the bulbs should bereplaced by an Authorized <strong>Mazda</strong> Dealer.High-mount brake light1.
