If the gauge indicatesoverheating, turn the air conditioneroff.NOTE• When maximum cooling is desired,set the temperature control dial tothe extreme cold position and setthe air intake selector to theposition, then set the fan control dialto position 4.• If warmer air is desired at floorlevel, set the mode selector switchat the position and adjust thetemperature control dial to maintainmaximum comfort.• The air to the floor is warmer thanair to the face (except when thetemperature control dial is set at theextreme hot or cold position).▼ VentilationCAUTION1. Press the mode selector switch to theposition.2. Set the air intake selector to theposition.3. Set the temperature control dial to thedesired position.4. Set the fan control dial to the desiredspeed.▼ Windshield Defrosting andDefogging1. Press the windshield defroster switch.2. Set the temperature control dial to thedesired position.3. Set the fan control dial to the desiredspeed.Foggy Windshield:Using the position with thetemperature control set to the coldposition will cause the outside of theglass to fog up. Your vision will behampered, which could lead to aserious accident.
