The management has to carryout restoration activities for those mine-out areas, instead of letting up to the nature forregeneration.60
The management has to develop channeling of mine water in the mining area before theonset of monsoon.The management has to provide drinking water, sanitation facilities and first aid kit for theworkers at the site.The management has to ensure that because of mine activities, the farm road which passesbelow the mine should not be disturbed and damaged.Prior to the ceasing of the mining operation, the management should develop a projectproposal on environment restoration plan and submit it to DGM and NECS for approvaland execute the same as approved.61
