Thetotal number of oxygen dispensing units shall exceed thenumber of passenger and cabin crew seats by at least 10per cent.B09 I 2 A6-I-4.3.8.2 A flight to be operated with a pressurized aeroplane shallnot be commenced unless a sufficient quantity of storedbreathing oxygen is carried to supply all the crewmembers and passengers, as is appropriate to thecircumstances of the flight being undertaken, in the eventof loss of pressurization, for any period that theatmospheric pressure in any compartment occupied bythem would be less than 700 hPa.
