Standard’s Text Pre-described Finding PDFcodeInstructions forcompleting the detaileddescriptionThe operations specifications associated with the air operatorcertificate shall contain at least the information listed in Appendix 6,paragraph 3, and, from 1 January 2010, shall follow the layout ofAppendix 6, paragraph 3.Air operator certificates and their associated operationsspecifications first issued from 20 November 2008 shall follow thelayouts of Appendix 6, paragraphs 2 and 3A10 I 2 A6-I-4.2.1.6 The operations specifications associated with the air operatorcertificate shall contain at least the information listed in Appendix 6,paragraph 3, and, from 1 January 2010, shall follow the layout ofAppendix 6, paragraph 3.A6-I-APP6.3.1 For each aircraft model in the operator’s fleet, identified by aircraftmake, model and series, the following list of authorizations,conditions and limitations shall be included: issuing authoritycontact details, operator name and AOC number, date of issue andsignature of the authority representative, aircraft model, types andarea of operations, special limitations and authorizations.Note.— If authorizations and limitations are identical for two ormore models, these models may be grouped in a single list.A10 I 2 A6-I-4.2.1.5 The air operator certificate shall contain at least the followinginformation and, from 1 January 2010, shall follow the layout ofAppendix 6, paragraph 2:a) the State of the Operator and the issuing authority;b) the air operator certificate number and its expirationdate;c) the operator name, trading name (if different) and address of theprincipal place of business;d) the date of issue and the name, signature and title of theauthority representative; ande) the location, in a controlled document carried on board, wherethe contact details of operational management can be found.A10 I 2 A6-I-6.1.2 An aeroplane shall carry a certified true copy of the air operatorcertificate specified in 4.2.1, and a copy of the operationsspecifications relevant to the aeroplane type, issued in conjunctionwith the certificate.
