If considerably low weight consider unserviceable.Note: Often HFEs in excess of those required (by MEL provisions) may be U/S, however in such a case, check against the MELto verify compliance with the applicable (M) and/or (O) provisions. If the latter MEL actions have not been applied, a findingshould be raised using the "detection/reporting/assessment of significant technical defect" procedure (see chapter 4.2 ofthe ramp inspection procedure).Note: ICAO does not require hand fire extinguishers to have an expiration (or next check) date. Operators may employ varioussystems to monitor the condition of the extinguishers. An extinguisher without a date does not necessarily constitute afinding.
