All instructions, order & or circulars of related department of Govt. shall bindingon colonizer, developer, builder, any agency or authority intending to develop mall.5. Rule 82, 83, 84 & rules related to public facilities of Madhya Pradesh BhumiVikas Niyam, <strong>1984</strong> shall be strictly followed.91. Factories and Industrial structures - Provisions of the Factories Act, 1948(No. LXIII of 1948) to apply - (1) In addition to the provisions of these rulesregulations prescribed under the Factories Act, 1948 (No. LXIII of 1948) and rulesmade there under shall be applicable.(2) Location of Factory - The location of the factory site shall be governed by theprovisions of development plans (if any) and shall be approved by the Authority. Forareas having no development plan the Authority shall approve the site in consultationwith the Director, Town and Country Planning, Madhya Pradesh.(3) Disposal of Trade Waste and effluent - In the case of a factory where thedrainage system is proposed to be connected to the public sewerage system ornatural water course nearby. Prior Approval of the arrangements shall be obtainedfrom the Authority and the Madhya Pradesh State Prevention and Control of WaterPollution Board constituted under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1974 (No. 6 of 1974) if found necessary and a copy of the approval shall be attachedwith the application. All the drainage system shall be connected by a suitable trap asto exclude voletile and other objectionable matters.(4) Planning, design and construction of factories to be to the satisfaction ofChief Inspector of Factories - The Planning design and construction of the Factories108
