Certified that the building(s) has been constructed according to theSanctioned Plan and Structural design (one set of Structural drawingsas executed is enclosed) which incorporates the provisions of structuralsafety as specified in relevant prevailing IS Codes/Standard/Guidelines.2. It is also certified that the construction has been done under oursupervision and guidelines and adheres to the drawings submitted andthe records of supervision have been maintained by us.3.
