The license shall display the original copy of this license on a conspicuousplace in his/their office and it shall be subject to inspection by the authorisedofficers of _____________________ (Authority having jurisdiction) at allreasonable times.3. The Licensee shall get this license renewed prior to the date of its expiry.4. The licensee shall abide by the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Bhumi VikasRules, 1984, and work strictly within the terms of this license.5. The competence of the licensee shall be restricted as under:-A. Architect.-The Licensed architect shall be competent to carry out the workrelated to the building permit as given below and shall be entitled to submit.-(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)plans and information connected with permission for all buildingIrrespective of size and height :structural details and calculations for residential building on plot up to500 square meters and up to three storeys or 11 meters in height :Certificate of the supervision and completion of all buildings:All plans and related information connected with development permit ofarea up to one hectare : andCertificate of supervision of development of land of area up to onehectare.B. Structural Engineer.-The licensed structural engineer shall be competent tocarry out the work relating to permission of building etc. and shall be entitled tosubmit-(a)all plans and information connected with permission for residentialbuildings on plot up to 500sq. mt. and up to three storeys or 11 mt.in height;(b) structural details and calculations for all buildings :(c)(d)(e)certificate of supervision and completion of all buildings;all plans and related information connected with permission fordevelopment of area up to one hectare;certificate of supervision for development for land up to one hectare inarea.115
