M.P.Bhumi Vikas Niyam, 1984Appendix –P-3(See Rule 16-A)On completion of a building and before occupation the architect and theStructural Engineer will jointly inspect the building and send a report of completion ofthe building to the sanctioning authority stating that the work is done as per approvedplans and design.Certificate: The following certificate is to be submitted at the time of obtainingCompletion Certificate from the sanctioning authority by the builder/owner:-1. Certified that the building(s) has been constructed according to theSanctioned Plan and Structural design (one set of Structural drawingsas executed is enclosed) which incorporates the provisions of structuralsafety as specified in relevant prevailing IS Codes/Standard/Guidelines.2. It is also certified that the construction has been done under oursupervision and guidelines and adheres to the drawings submitted andthe records of supervision have been maintained by us.3.
