Nodeductions shall be made in the gross area for corridors, closets or other subdivisionand area shall include all space serving the particular assemblyoccupancy.(iii)Capacity of Exits. - The capacity of exits (doors and stairways) indicatingthe number of persons that could be safely evacuated through a unit exitwidth of 50 centimeters shall be as given in Table 10 :-1 The Gross Area shall mean plinth area or covered area78
