M.P.Bhumi Vikas Niyam, 1984PART III- PERMISSION AND INSPECTION14. Permission for Development or for Construction.(1) Development or construction not to be without permission. No person shallcarry out any development or erect, re-erect or make alterations or demolishany building or cause the same to be done without obtaining a prior permissionin writing in this regard from the Authority.Provided that no permission shall be required for :-(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)Such alteration under below mentioned heads in a building, as do nototherwise violate any provisions regarding general building requirements,structural stability and fire safety requirements of these rules,-(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g)(h)(i)(j)(k)(l)∗ (m)opening and closing of a window or door or ventilator;providing inter-communication doors;providing partitions;providing false ceilings;gardening;white washing;painting;re-tiling and repairing of roof;plastering and patch work;re-flooring;constructions of sun shades on one's own land;re-erection of portions of buildings damaged by earthquake or othernatural calamities, to the same extent and specifications as existedprior to such damage;re-erection of portion of buildings damaged by any other calamity asmay be notified by the District Collector, with the previous approvalof the State Government to the same extent and specification asexisted prior to damage.carrying out works in compliance with any order or directions made by anyauthority under any law for the time being in force;carrying out works by any authority in exercise of its powers under any lawfor the time being in force;carrying out by the Central or the State Government or any local authority anywork:-∗Notification No. F-II (I) 93. dated 13-1-93, Gazette dt. 15.4.93. inserted16
