M.P.Bhumi Vikas Niyam, <strong>1984</strong>(i)(ii)Occupancy of the building or part there-of after construction oralteration of that building or part; orchange in the class of occupancy of any building or part thereof;1 (h) Upon the request of the owner, the authority will issue occupancycertificate of the building within 30 days from the receipt of such request. If suchpermission is not issued within 30 days from receipt of the application or suitableinstruction for changes have not been issued by the authority within the period itwould be deemed that the occupancy permission has been issued as per clause (g).2 (3) In case of owner failing in fulfilling the responsibilities and duties, thebuilding officer will take action as per the relevant provisions of M.P. MunicipalCorporation Act, 1956 (No.23 of 1956) and M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961 (No.37 of1961)3 32. Temporary occupancy. - Omitted.33. Documents at site. - (1) Where tests of any materials are made to ensureconformity with the requirements of these rules, records of the test data shall be keptavailable for inspection during the construction of the building and for such periodthereafter as required by the Authority.(2) The person to whom a permission is issued shall during construction keep-(a)(b)post in conspicuous place on the property in respect of which thepermission was issued, a copy of the permission for building and ordevelopment, as the case may be; anda copy of the approved drawings and specifications referred to in –rule17 on the property in respect of which the permission was issued.34. Inspection.- (1) Generally all construction or work for which permission isrequired shall be subject to inspection by the Authority and certain types ofconstruction involving unusual hazards or requiring constant inspection shall havecontinuous inspection by special inspectors appointed by the Authority.(2) Inspection, where required, shall be made within 7 days following thereceipt of notice after which period the owner shall be free to continue theconstruction according to the sanctioned plan. At the first inspection, the Authorityshall determine to the best of its ability that the building has been located inaccordance with the approved site plans.
