M.P.Bhumi Vikas Niyam, 19841APPENDIX L-(A)(See Rule 81)In providing the parking, care has to be taken that minimum 25% of the openspace is left for landscaping (soft surface) and is not accounted for into parkingcalculations.Note :- Area for each car space :-(i) Basement 35 Sq.m.(ii) Stilts 30 Sq.m.(iii) Open 25 Sq.m.Parking space shall provided with adequate vehicular access to a street andthe area of drive, aisles and such other provisions required for adequate maneuveringof vehicle shall be inclusive of the parking space stipulated in these rules.If the total parking space required by these rules is provided by a group ofproperty owners for their mutual benefits, such parking shall meet the requirementsunder these rules subject to the approval of the Authority.In addition to the parking spaces provided, for buildings of wholesale market,Industrial and Storage, at the rate of one such space for loading and unloadingactivities for each 100 sq. m. of floor area, of faction there of exceeding the first 200sq. m. of floor area shall be provided.
