Major types of child abuse includephysical, emotional, sexual and neglect. The effects of child abuse can lead to shortand long-term vulnerability.During the 2002 Census a community questionnaire was administered to over 40thousand Local Council 1 (LC1) to investigate various socio-economic issues.
