Press Measure Blank.If a 6-Position Cell Holder is installed, it moves to the B position to measure the blankand returns to its previous position.4. Press Measure Samples.If a 6-Position Cell Holder is installed, press the cell position buttons to reposition the cellholder and measure the rest of the samples manually.When the instrument has measured all the samples, the Standards screen shows theabsorbance and concentration of each sample.Editing a Standard CurveYou may edit the concentration of any standard on a standard curve.
