1 Spectrophotometer BasicsSelecting and Positioning Cuvettes6-Position Cell HolderSingle Cell HolderNote If the Cell Positioner method option is set to Auto 6, whenever you press Run Testto start a measurement, the instrument attempts to initialize the cell positioner. If a singlecell holder is installed, the message “Error, Single Cell Holder found. Use Single CellHolder?” appears.
