The following screen appears.Open the sample compartment. If the desired sample holder is not in the beam, press thebutton on the carousel control of the keypad corresponding to the correct cell holder shape(circle for vials or test-tubes, square for 10 mm square cuvettes, rectangle for long pathrectangular cuvettes).
