That we, on behalf of the Bank, hereby agree that no extension of time, changeadditions or any other modifications of the terms of the Contract or the Work to beperformed thereunder or of the Specifications or other Contract Documents shall inany way affect our obligations under this guarantee.5. That this guarantee shall be binding on us and on our successors or permitted assignsand shall be irrevocable and unconditional.58
