Section 104. If the evaluation is verbal, break participants into groups of threepeople each. Ask each group of three to discuss the followingquestions:• What are the three most important things I learned in theworkshop?• How will this workshop affect the way I do my work andlive my life?• What was good about the content of the workshop? Whichaspects of the content need improving?• What was good about the process of the workshop? Whichaspects of the process need improving?5. After 15 minutes, bring the participants back together. Ask themto share their discussions. Note the suggested improvementsin content, process, and logistics on newsprint. Allow 15 minutesfor this.6. Distribute the post test questionnaire (Trainer’s resource ‘C’) andask the participants to fill it.7. Closing of the workshop is also as important as beginning theworkshop. Thank the participants, and all those who havecontributed to the process of the workshop and provide them.<strong>Facilitator</strong> to use the four-day experience and appreciate theparticipants and provide with positive feed back. Talk about thefollow up actions required from the participants.
