Explain to the participants that this activity is designed to give thema general understanding of their own and each other’s values andattitudes about HIV prevention among PLHA. It is designed tochallenge some of their current attitudes, and also help them clarifyexactly how they feel about certain issues. Remind the participantsthat everyone has a right to his or her own opinion, and no responseis right or wrong.3. Read aloud the first statement you have chosen. Ask participantsto stand near the sign that says what they think about thestatement. After the participants have moved to their sign, ask forone or two participants beside each sign to explain why they arestanding there. Ask them to say why they feel this way about thestatement.<strong>Facilitator</strong>’s <strong>Guide</strong>34. After a few participants have talked about their attitudes towardthe statement, ask if anyone wants to change his/her mind andmove to another sign.
