Once they have found their match, explain that each participantwill be responsible for sharing three pieces of information abouttheir partner.4. Allow five minutes for participants to introduce themselves andshare information.5. Ask participants to rejoin the group and make a circle. Then goaround the circle, allowing each pair of participants to introduceeach other to the larger group.6. Explaining that everyone in the room now knows at least oneperson much better.By the end of the workshop we hope everyone in thegroup will know each other, so that we can continue tosupport each other in the important work that we do.7. Extend welcome to the participants, introduce the workshop,duration of each day of the workshop, logistics arrangementsincluding breaks during the day, food, location of toilets.8. Invite volunteer from the participants and assign the taskof noting ‘reflections’ from the participant at the end ofeach day of the workshop. Also ensure that volunteers areassigned the role of recaping the previous days sessions at thebeginning of each day. Inform that this is applicable to all thedays of the workshop.9. Distribute the pre test questionnaire (session 10.2, Trainer’sresource ‘C’) and ask participants to fill it.14Refer ‘Session 10.1: Reflection on the Workshop’ toconduct the reflection of each day which is under theSection 10 ‘Closing’.
